About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Amazon's marketing objectives.
- Create, publish, and analyze engaging content across all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate campaigns and promotions that drive engagement and conversions.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Conduct social media audits to ensure brand consistency and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns by creating targeted ads on various platforms to drive traffic and sales.
- Foster community-building activities online to enhance customer loyalty and brand advocacy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within a corporate setting.
- Demonstrable experience in creating and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
